We don't have grits in Australia, I've only seen them in movies and on Tv.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful trip and enjoy the grits.
ReplyDeleteNo self-respecting Southerner would have instant grits! But then again, I am only half-Southern. And they are cheap and easy to fix. And when the kids were little they didn't know any better and would eat them just the same!
ReplyDeleteSorry I don't get this? Is it 'cos I'm from over the pond?
ReplyDeletei hope that you have a fabulous time, stitch lots and don't eat too many Grits.

Hmmmm, grits. Eat them while you can get them. I prefer Cream of Wheat myself.
ReplyDeleteBe careful. You start eating grits and before you know it you are eating fried everything. LOL.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding. My sister loves all the 'southern' food.
have fun.
